New clients should arrive 15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out appropriate paperwork. Existing clients should arrive 5 mins prior to your appointment to check in. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time.
Cancelation Policy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are put into place:
24-hour advance notice IS required when canceling an appointment or shortening the original session time. This is a courtesy to the massage therapist and allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. In the event a 24-hour notice is not provided to the therapist, the therapist has a right to forfeit any future service at their discretion.
No-Shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged half of the session for the “missed” appointment and/or lose the opportunity to reschedule.
Late Arrivals Treatments will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
We pride our office as being a place of chiropractic and massage professionalism. Please respect other guests by turning off cell phones upon entering the building. Please keep voice levels to a minimum and limit social conversations to the front receptionist area. We also ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment.
